I have placed downloaded videos in the secion for burning and after clicking BURN the message " Preparing tom recede files appears. Then seconds later a window is seen carrying the message , Real Player has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly..
How can I avoid this problem and burn DVDs/CDS
I have Realplayer plus and i routinely burn dvds of movies and videos. For some reason i am not able to burn any more dvds. everytime I try to burn a video a series of boxes come up saying I need additional software for the specific function. And I have uninstalled and re-installed the program three times and each time the DVD Plug IN is downloaded and added to my Realplayer..but this does not stop the problem. It keeps saying I need specific softeware to burn dvds. Can you please help me. Would you know what is the format of the file you are trying to burn to a DVD? Usually one receives such a message if they are trying to burn a video format that is not compatible with RealPlayer burn.
