Permissions?

RealPlayer advised me that I need to install an update. I did, but now RealPlayer no longer works. 

I try to open it and I get a message saying, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Can someone tell me how to restore RealPlayer to the way it was before I downloaded this upgrade, so I can use it again?

  It isn't possible to revert to the RealPlayer version before the update - I'm sorry for the disappointment.

  Please note that you need to have administrative rights on Windows to be able to use RealPlayer - see: Administrator privileges on Windows
