The playlists disappear every time I upgrade or update Realplayer
The playlists disappear every time I upgrade or update Realplayer, so I return back to the old one.
With many FREEZING & malfunctioning
why there is no system update to solve these problems?????????
I have never been so disappointed like this

From your description, it appears that your library database is corrupted.
Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.
Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

Library database is corrupted only when I I upgrade or update Realplayer to the newest version, but when I uninstall it and reinstall back the old version the Library database is repaired automatically without any intervention of me.
This means that the newest version of your app is corrupted itself.
Why there is no update to solve these catastrophic problems?????????
