Can not get Real Player Plus which I paid for and is on my account

I have tried to find how tp sign into real Player Plus. I have Real player n my PC but can not download the upgrade to Plus which I paid for.

  We see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus under your email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:
