RealPlayer 2020 Is not functioning for import of videos or login to account

    I bought twice, last time I paid 25 July 2020 but it did not work. I used my first email but you ask new email, I did but all the same did not work How can? Send me back my money

    Bill,

    To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

    We see an active RealPlayer Plus under your Yahoo.com email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:
