RealPlayer 2020 Is not functioning for import of videos or login to account
I have a new Win 10 LT. I downloaded RealPlayer 2020 and tried to bring my videos into it. No matter what I do it says no media found. Drag & Drop is the same, it gives me the circle with the line through it.
I can play a video by selecting it for play, but when I try & add that video, that played fine, it says no media found.
I also cannot login from Real Player. It tells me "unable to login" I can change my password and I did that part worked but still it wont login.

I bought twice, last time I paid 25 July 2020 but it did not work. I used my first email but you ask new email, I did but all the same did not work How can? Send me back my money

To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

We see an active RealPlayer Plus under your Yahoo.com email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:
