i paid 39.99 to be able to watch DVD'S its not working WHY? i watched one last night now will not work im ready to cancel

    Have you signed into RealPlayer? Signing into RealPlayer will activate your Plus features which includes DVD playback. Here are instructions to sign in:

    If you are signed in and still unable to play DVD, can you please let me know what happens when you play a DVD? Are you seeing any error messages? As long as you are signed in and you are playing a regular DVD (not Bluray), you should be able to play the DVD
