I am also in the same boat.  bought 22 and after updating to 24 it now ask me to pay again.  at least warn people prior to updating that they will lose the premium feature and then we wouldn't upda...

seems like a common issue for people who upgraded to 24.  we should all email CS so they can give it priority.
