How can I create a transcript file, with time stamps, from a downloaded video?

I have a Realplayer 18 plus plan. I used to have unlimited download speed, now it shows 10 Mbps max? Please look into this issue.

When a playlist is downloaded, around 10% of videos are not downloaded. i.e.it skips??

When a video is downloaded, it shows today's date, actually, it should show date when video was uploaded.
