I don't think anyone with knowledge of any Real Player product ever looks in on these forums. I think Real Downloader is a SCAM!!!

Does anybody ever answer emails??? Does anyone ever answer the forum questions? I'm beginning to think RealPlayer is nothing but a SCAM product!!! And they got my money!!!

Downloader does NOT work!!! And I am tired of this!
I tried several times to download videos off of YouTube and only two out of 9 downloaded. Your site says the issue has been resolved. But it HASN'T!!!! I paid for this subscription and I want it to...
