I'm still not able to download videos after update. I purchased realplayer plus but its not on my computer

Still having problems downloading videos from you tube
After I reset Internet Explorer, I go to You Tube to play a video the download button doesn't appear, so I don't the message "unable to download". I was able to fix the problem on my other compute...

The downloader doesn't appear when I try to download a video. I purchased Realplayer plus but it doesn't show up in my account
