audio only no video

real player was working fine until i purchased the upgrade. I now have no picture but the audio is clear. I went through the troubleshooting guide but it didn't help.

I'm running windows 7 home premium with service pack 1

  To resolve this issue, follow the steps from: Sound plays but video is blank, frozen, or distorted

  If the issue persists, try installing the additional codec packs listed here: 'Unsupported file type' error

  If none of these helps, please specify the format(s) of the videos you are having the issue with, so we can investigate further.

  None of the suggested fixes made any difference AND right clicking on the RealPlayer icon did NOT reveal a properties button. I just reinstalled Realplayer after a clean reinstall of Windows 10, and it worked fine until I logged in and changed from the trial version to my subscribed version. I have not changed any hardware except the Boot SSD. ALL types of video (wmv, mpg mp4, flv. etc. play with audio only. No video. My video adapter is a GeForce RTX 2060.
