I'm being charged $4.99 twice a month for Premium. Please get rid of the second charge.

I made a mistake signing up. I am charged 29.00 and another charge of 99.00. Cancel the 99.00 amount. That is error, mistake during the registration - signing up process.

If you purchased in 2019, you purchased v.18. We are now on v.20 which is a different and new product. You received the discounted price for the new version for being a loyal customer. Please note: The older version won't have any more updates nor bug fixes.
We have a 30 day refund policy. Your purchase of v.20 was more than 30 days so unfortunately we will not be able to refund this purchase.
