Still can't download videos
I've done everything your website said including re-downloading the software. No matter what I do, I get an ad (see below) but the download I tried to get goes away.

What should I do next? Running updated Windows 10 with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Both do the same thing but never get the little dropdown window at the top of the screen. When I try to do it manually, I get the ad.

Are you able to close the upgrade prompt or does it show up each time you attempt to download a video?
In the meanwhile, please follow the instructions from this link.
Please note: You may have to re-create any playlists you currently have.

It did show up each time I attempted a download. I did a reinstall just now and at least I can copy the URL into the download space and it worked. Still doesn't have the little dropdown at the top center of the Edge or Chrome windows but the ad for the upgrade is not showing. Thanks.

Douglas,
To check if your Downloader is not disabled, please follow these steps.
- Open Task Manager.
- Click on Startup tab.
- Look for RealDownloader and all other Real components and make sure they are set to "enabled".
- Click Task Manager,
- Restart your PC, RealPlayer and open a browser.
