ダウンロードボタンが出ない

Windows8.1でYouTube動画(Google Chrome)を見ていますが、右上に出る「このビデオをダウンロードする」の表示が出ません。どうすればいいでしょうか?　　　表示が出る方法を教えて下さい。

  やはり回答のとおりチェックを外しても動画の上にビデオ録画のマークは出てきませんでした。

  Windows8.1が関係していますか?
