PAID FOR UPDRADE YESTERDAY.  CREDIT CARD CHARGED 49.99.  NOTHINGB HAPPENED.  ATTEMPTED TRANSFER FROM OLDER LAPTOP WHICH ALREADY HAD PREMIUM.

  You should sign into RealPlayer to activate your Premium features. Here are instructions to sign in:

  Please note: If you have any files stored in the Cloud, they will automatically show in your new PC after you signed in correctly. If you have any files stored in your old PC locally in its hard disk, you will have to transfer them over manually to your new PC.
