  I regret to inform you that, after re-evaluating market trends, we have decided not to make the RealPlayer Cloud desktop player available on Windows XP or Vista. You can, however, access the website at https://realtimes.real.com where you can upload and share videos.

  I have realplayer plus, but after some months returning I can find my account but where is my library of too many songs?

  Vazrik,

  We refunded your RealPlayer Plus back in 2014. Your account is now a free account. With regards to your library, as long as the files are stored in your PC, RealPlayer should be able to add them to RealPlayer's library. Follow the instructions from this link to add your files to the library.
