Realplayer mobile wont connect to PC

Have a MS Surface pro8 & a Motorola 30 ultra that will not connect together to allow the mobile to maccess the PC. Both PC & Mobile software are on the same network & account, have deleted & reloaded Realplayer on both devices without any sucess.

Open to suggestions
