realplayer preium problem

ive paid already for this program and it went to shhhh. its telling me im already a member and get a hold of customer service . guess what no number. my name is david flournoy ,you should have me on file please fix issue. i can not burn music videos. it keeps telling me to get a program fo that and i did realplayer. thx

  Can you please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer. Signing into RealPlayer will unlock your paid features. Here are the instructions to sign in:

  If you are signed in but still not able to burn DVDs, please make sure you convert them to a MP4 format. If you are still not able burn DVDs, please let me know.
