    All your files should still be stored in your PC. Please scan for media and them back to your library. Here are instructions on how to do that.

    I notice that all complaints about Real Player service don´t show a reply from Real Player customer service dep´t. but show a space for subscriber  comment . So is Real Player a real entity or just some cyberspace void ?
