signing in & real player plus

when i open real player it doesnt have my name or plus anywhere on it. when i go to sign in it says im not connected to real times. i know that but im supposed to have real player plus not the regular real player

  I Purchased The Upgrade To Real Player Plus , But when I go to my Real Player It doesn't show That I Have Real player Pus, do I need to Uninstall this and Install  real player pus if so can you tell me how I don't know what to do, I just Purchased The Plus today and its doesn't show up in my real player, Please Help me install the real player plus on my system

  Carol,

  You will need to sign into RealPlayer with the email address you purchased Plus. Once you are signed, it will unlock your paid features. Once successfully signed in, you will see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer.
