UNABLE TO LAUNCH REAL PLAYER

The only way I can open Real Player is as an Administrator.  How do I change it so that I can just click the program to have it open?

  real player keeps crashing wont play video at all after I did a software up date.whats going on....????

  Bruce,

  This looks to be a Windows issue. It may have to do with your User Account Control in Windows. You will have to adjust your UAC to allow RealPlayer to open with being an Administrator.

  If RealPlayer keeps crashing it is quite possible that your library database is corrupted. Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve this issue.

  Please note: You will have to recreate any playlists you have created.
