Locating backed-up files in Real Player

 After my computer recently crashed I haven't been able to locate my old files in Real Player, such as music or pictures files.

  If you were able to retrieve all the data from the crashed hard disk, RealPlayer should be able to locate them. Please confirm you were able to backup all your files after your computer crash.

  The geek squad was able to back up my files on the hard disk, but I believe the files had been uploaded to the cloud.  I was also using a free account,

  If Geek Squad was able to backup all your files and they are now on the current hard disk, you can follow the steps from this link to add those files back to RealPlayer's library.

  I see only a free account under this email address you used to create this community forum question. Free accounts don't come with Cloud storage. Can you please confirm that you have uploaded to RealCloud and if so what would the email address of that account be?
