Customize Message Centre

Good evening,

Currently I am unable to open the the Message Centre Customizer to turn off the Real Player Tray icon due to these errors.

Please assist because it is extremely frustrating and this is a fresh install of Windows 10 Volume3 (becuase Micorsofts poor upgrades never work properly) and previously this error was never here when I had Real Player installed previously.
