Help with Realplayer upgrade
For a period of time on my relatively new Windows PC I have been using your free version of RealPlayer.
A couple of years ago, on another now decommissioned PC, I installed RealPlayer Plus and it worked fine.
My question now is: how do I go about upgrading from this free version to the latest Premium version on my current computer.
When I tap on ‘Upgrade to Premium’ I am told I already have (RealPlayer Plus) and I can’t proceed any further. unfortunately its not on my present PC.
How can I install your software upgrade? Is there a cost for going to Premium?
