downloader sometimes doesn't work

Sometimes downloader doesn't work, with FB videos which have permissions and should work; symptoms are that after searching for video, app disappears [not closes]. Sometimes this can be solved by closing all realplayer apps in task manager [win 8.1] but nut always, always so far fixes w reboot. Ideas?
