Fresh boot-up kept the login name disappears

this has been going on over a year now and it is at random when you boot up your computer for the day and you find your usename disappear as and have to reboot it again to see if your username comes back on if not I had to down load the fresh install of real.com to start the process all over again, why does it do that?

no phone number to call fro help, what happened to a good customer service?
