program freezes. Was working OK until yesterday. Uninstalling and then reinstall had no effect.

  I've the same problem - is it just the two of us.

  Worked fine until about a week ago, downloaded video starts to play, but if I use the fast forward or skip right arrows on RP screen, the video moves on but then freezes, If I drag the slider bar to go to a place in the video, same result as above.

  Many thanks RealPlayer support team, the instructions were straightforward to follow and seem to have resolved the problem.
