Unable to access RealPlayer Plus (premium features)

With no response after clicking the RealPlayer logo, I click on "account name" & "Activate RealPlayer" but message comes up: "RealPlayer must install additional components to complete activation". After clicking "install" I get messages telling me "unable to create directory for software decompression" and "RealPlayer failed to install additional components to enable your Plus features. Please try again."

I have uninstalled and reinstalled RealPlayer several times but the problem persists.

  Based on the information you have provided, it looks more like a Windows issue than a RealPlayer issue. Are you the "Administrator" of your Windows operating system? Please make sure you are having "admin" rights on this computer.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

  I have followed the instructions but the issues reported on 01 Nov 18 still persist . Please help me resolve the problem.
