Realplayer freezes

I have windows 10. I have deleted  realplayer 5 times and reinstalled and it still freezes or opens frozen. Any Ideas? It is disturbing that there is no way to contact customer support. The phone # just drops the call.

  The reason it crashes or freezes is because your library database is corrupted.

  Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
