it's about not being able to use my realplayer in downloading videos. need to talk to a representative to see if i need to pay for the activation of realplayer. because none of the resources have helped me

    Please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer installed. please follow the steps from the below link.

    If the issue persists, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

    Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

    Also, please make sure you have the latest version of the web browser you are using.

    download button is there when pressed it says no videos on this page from you tube. Will not download!!!!!

    We have identified the download issue and resolved it. Please follow these instructions to resolve your downloader issue.

    1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox or Edge)
    2. Click the blue downloader icon on the top of your web browser once until you receive "Unable to download videos" or "No videos found" message
    3. Repeat step 2 once more
    4. Restart your PC

    This will update the fix and you should be able to download videos again.
