videos lock up realplayer
Any video that I have downloaded and click on locks up realplayer. Nothing I click on does anything; it is completely frozen. I go to 'task manager' and end the program to get out. I signed up about 3 months ago and have all current updates.

Not helpful at all. I have spent close to an hour trying to follow directions. The stuff I am supposed to click on don't exist. I bought a new computer this year so it is not an old model. Maybe the directions are.

I erased all videos and downloaded more after uninstalling realplayer. Very frustrating...it used to work and now every time I click on a new video to play the whole page is frozen. Why won't realplayer give a phone number for technical support? I paid for the service.
