I just purchase RealPlayer Plus ($39.99), but the download that has been given to me is the download to the free version of RealPlayer. How does this happen? I could have gotten the free version without making a purchase. This kind of problem should be dealt with via a phone call or chat between the seller and buyer, not through Community posts. This has nothing to do with the Community.

  You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:
