downloading to dvd

 Well, at some point in the past I paid for the ability to put large files on a dvd, you called it a premium situation, well I paid the $40 and now, for some reason, I am unable to do that. I may have lost a tidbit from you. What I need is the ability to restore that ability. Please. And Thank you.
