RealPlayer Plus
I am on Windows 10 version 1809. I have two issues.
1. The first DVD I used to play with RealPlayer Plus was not played. There was 7 seconds of sound, and that was it. There is nothing wrong with the DVD. I can play it with VLC Player and PowerDVD. The DVD is PBS presentation of "Victory in The Pacific - American Experience."
2. I wanted to see what would happen if I try to play a .MKV file. I get the video but no sound. The video looks nice.
I purchased RealPlayer Plus today.

First off, please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

Now try playing the DVD.
With regards to your .MKV file, please follow these instructions if you are not hearing the sound.
1. Play any audio or video file with RealPlayer
2. Right click on the volume icon in your task bar as shown in the screenshot below:
3. You will receive a few options while the very first one will be Open Volume Mixer
4. You will see RealPlayer here as shown in the screenshot below
If the volume ticker is all the way down, you will need to move it up. In any case, please send me the screenshot of what you are seeing here in Volume Mixer.0 -
I just upgraded to Realplayer plus and paid the upgrade fee on my desktop. I want to install Realplayer Plus on my laptop. Do I have to upgrade and pay a second time? I never had to before??
