My name is Ibrahim Mustafa and I have an account with (premium) paid membership at Real. I recently had to format the hard drive of my PC, and thus re-installed Real Player from your website. Unfortunately, I was not given the choice to log in (or possibly I failed to find that option), and thus I had to create a new account and pay again.
May I ask you to do me two favours:
1) Guide me on how to use my old account.
2) Delete the new account and refund me membership fee I paid. I understand I am still in the 30-day trial period.

Please note that, older versions are not available in our system, and we are no longer supporting RealPlayer 16 and any version before that.
As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products.
We are now offering RealPlayer 18/RealTimes. This is the latest version of RealPlayer with many additional features. To access the Premium features of RealPlayer 18 will require a new purchase, because this is a new product.
Since you now have the latest version, you will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate the Plus features. Here are the instructions to sign in:
