    Please follow these steps. (Circled areas in the screenshot below)

    1. Create a PIN / Re-type PIN

    2. Enter your email address and password associated with your RealTimes plan

    3. Click OK

    Please let us know if this is what you already tried and still unable to sign into your Private mode.

     I have put in new pin number, put in my email address and my password.

    I clicked okay and was taken back to CREATE your Pin numerous times.
