Cannot sign in
When trying to sign in, a window pops up:
I reset my computer and that did not work.
I tried to follow the troubleshooting instructions for currently not connected...
However, RealTimes Desktop Service or RealPlayer Cloud Services was not in the Services.msc list in order for me to continue.
Can you please assist. Thanks

I have reset as the video shows and I still get the not connected to
Realtimes. I'm tired of paying for a program I cannot access.

To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
