not able to play files
working with you people is the pits.
you are using my money but I am not able to ply but about 4 files
this is after I up dated my credit cards.
So it would would be so nice of you to fix it and if you are not going to fix it let me know.

Can you please let us know what happens when you play these files? Are you seeing any error messages?

If I am unable to see them how could I see any error files. I have found some of the files by bringing up videos I have sent in the past to my family.
If I bring up the REAL PLAYER I am able only to see about 5 files. I dug around and found these files that have the names on them of people I have sent them to. This particular thing has happen in the past when I have had to change a credit card and the problem was always corrected by and at your office.. You know Im really sorry but this typing stuff is not for me. A phone would greatly make things much easier. what is the problem is English not spoken? I have given Real Player a fair amount of money thru the years and it has been a great number of years that I have been with Real Player but things seem to be going not so well lately. I hope you all can pick up the quality cause you do have so competition nipping at you heals. I have truly very much enjoyed Real-player for many year and hope yo do so for many more.. 8127643636 my phonenumber Thank you

We don't offer phone support any more. If you are not seeing your files in your RealPlayer library, you can add them back to the library as long as the files are stored in this PC.
