stop cancellation of my premium account
Have canceled my premium account. Would like to undo cancellation which stops my account on Apr. 2, 2019. Can't find where to do this. Followed link given to me, goes to my page, no undo there.

I upgraded 3/13/19 to real player plus. Everything was suppose to get I didn't get. I reinstalled but the same thins happen, cant get access to the premium account. I am always directed to the upgrade page. I paid $39.99 for this and now have the Premium for that price so see that I can get Premium download at no extra cost. I would greatly appreciate it. Please reply soon I am frustrated.

Once an account is cancelled, we don't have a way to un-cancel the subscription. Since your is a Monthly subscription, the best way is to re-subscribe to the monthly plan again. You can resubscribe on 4/3/2019 and can continue to use your product without any issues until then.
