Logging in problems
Every time I bring up my RealPlayer, my computer says I'm not connected to the internet. It tells me to restart my computer in order to connect to Realtimes player and be able to log in. Why does it do this when it's obvious that I am most certainly connected to the internet? If I keep having this problem, I will be forced to delete anything that has to do with RealTimes and never use it again. Because of my being on Social Security I use the free player. But, I am tired of the hassle to log in and hope someone has an answer to this.

To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted. This is due to your Windows services. The next time you feel this happens again, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.
Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
