Old Problem Reappears

Get error msg trying to burn DVD.

  RealPlayer burn system not initialized. System error.

 

Last time this happen Support had be uninstall/reinstall.  Problem disappeared. I uninstalled/reinstalled. Problem still occurs.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

  Burn now working. Why might have happened? Will this happen every time RP gets updated?

  The update might have not installed properly hence you ran into this problem. We are glad it is working for you now.
