I paid for the latest upgrade 39.99, last month and I cant access my premium, its asking me to pay again, when I logged on to realplayer, it kept saying I wasnt singed into Realtimes, Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice, Ive signed into realtimes..still cant access the services
