Hi-What do you mean-"beyond 30 ndays my account will be automatically become a free account"???-I have tried per your instructionds ("Real cloud downloader,etc,etc) to download/transfer my stuff to my local PC--nothing works!

  Upon your request, we have cancelled your subscription. After cancelling your account, you will lose the Cloud storage. As you didn't want any files to be stored in the Cloud, you will need to download them to your PC. Here are the instructions to download them all to your PC.

  Since you say it doesn't work, can you please tell us what happens you follow those instructions? Are you seeing any error messages?
