Cannot download videos because the download a video button doesn't respond. There is nothing. I can play videos but cannot download.  This Realplayer sure has A LOT OF PROBLEMS. The least you can do is to notify your customers when there is a problem so one doesn't sit all day trying to get this program to work! !

  We are not sure of any issues with Downloader at this time.
