Will not finalize dvds after burning

It goes through the complete process of burning but will finalize. I receive messages of invalid index or unknown error 2131042562.  Please let met know why this is happening.

  There could be various reasons this error could show up. 

  1. Bad installation of RealPlayer.

  2. Bad DVD disks

  3. Faulty DVD burner

  To make sure it is not RealPlayer, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
