How to add my paid subscription to brand new computer
I purchased a subscription to RealPlayer Plus this summer and would like to be able to use it on my brand new computer. I saved my files to a zip drive, and attempted to make the transition without having to contact RealPlayer, but I get a message asking me if I wished to subscribe to certain options with regard to managing my music. I purchase my music and would like to be able to use it.

Thank you for the post, I too have purchased the $39.99 version and cannot download to a new computer without getting an "unavailable website" or "technical difficulties" message. Also, I have to sign in with Facebook which I hadn't been on in 8 years prior to this mess.
What is the deal, why can't I download to a new computer? Am I going to need to buy a whole new player for this one?

Pamela,
You will need to sign into RealPlayer with your email address to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

Sarah,
We see that you have an active RealTimes Premium (Annual) plan under your email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer with your email address and password. You don't have to sign into Facebook. That is an option given to users but you have not used Facebook as your account associated with RealPlayer. Here are instructions to sign in:
