For some reason, my realplayer premium just sent me a pop up saying it was downloading fixes for my real downloader and my entire real player was uninstalled from my control panel.  Is my membership still in effect since I had to install realplayer again?    Thank you    jimy2k12@yahoo.com

  You have an active RealPlayer Plus. Once you install RealPlayer, you will need to sign in to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:
