Paid for the $25 plan and have a receipt and it still shows i need to upgrade

So are you guys just going to keep my money and then try to tell me I need to pay again? Because I have a receipt showing I paid for one of the plans but it's not showing up on myreal player

  We don't see a paid account under the email address used in this post. Do you have an alternate email address used to purchase RealPlayer? Please note: We have RealPlayer Downloader Express and RealPlayer Plus as the paid versions. Downloader Express is a step down version RealPlayer Plus.
