I have changed my operating system, and would like to know how to get all my music back?

  As long as your music files are still stored in the same PC, you should be able to add the files back to RealPlayer by following the instructions from the below link.

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/205035417-Scan-disk-for-media

  If your music files are on an older PC, you will have to manually transfer them over to your new PC.

  How can I get my music back if everything is completely gone with no files at all?

  We don't store any of your files. You will need to contact your IT technician and see if he can restore the files from the hard disk.
