    We don't see a paid account under your gmail address but it is under your yahoo address. You will  need to sign into RealPlayer with your yahoo address to activate your RealTimes Premium account. That being said, you have not uploaded any files to the Cloud. If your files are still stored in your hard disk, you can scan and add them back to your library. Here are instructions to scan and add files to your RealPlayer library.
